"What is the point that you worry about things that you don't have any control over?"
As Dr. Marshall Rosenberg said, "What is the point that you worry about things that you don't have any control over?" I totally agree with him.
As a human we tend to feel worried/hurt/angry/frustrated about what others say, feel, do, behave and the decisions/choices that they make. We want to remember that we are not responsible for what they say/feel/do/behave, or their decisions/choices. They are responsible for those. Their business, their control, and their responsibility.
It is good to know that we can focus on how to respond to what happens, what we can do about, and make decisions/choices based on what is right/best for us. You want to live your life, not someone else's life.
